Dot
Dot is proof that loyalty and courage know no bounds, and that the toughest battles are won together. On a cold October night, Dot ventured into the unknown alongside her sister and brother, Patch and Tux, to be rescued together from a deserted road between Zalău and Cluj. That was her first victory. Later, faced with the grim diagnosis of panleukopenia, Dot found the strength to purr for her siblings, turning the metal cage at the vet’s office into a united front for survival. She is the silent heroine who understood that, as long as they are together, no battle is lost.
Beyond her courage, Dot is a little princess of rare beauty. Her most distinctive feature is a black spot, like an inkblot that has fallen from an artist’s brush, perfectly placed on her white chin. If Patch is the energy of the left side of the picture, Dot is the balance on the right—the two sisters complementing each other visually and temperamentally in a mathematical formula of love. Dot wins you over with her delicate gestures and glances full of precocious wisdom, being a discreetly playful girl who values the depth of every interaction.
On her back, Dot wears the same heroic “cape”—a black stain that appears to have been fluidly painted—as a symbol of time regained. For her, the hours have not slipped away toward an end, but have transformed into a new beginning and a promise of survival.
Snuggled up with her sister Patch—that’s when Dot looks her best. The two are inseparable and are looking for a safe home together. Although they make an irreplaceable pair, their hearts are truly fulfilled when they’re with Tux. That’s why Dot and Patch hope to find a family—either together with their brother or as a pair—ready to bring love and gratitude to those who open their doors to them.
