Roua wasn’t found. Roua found us instead.
On a sweltering summer day, hearing her desperate meowing, we began searching for the source of the noise. Eventually, we discovered a little kitten hiding under a car, trying to shelter from the heat and the dangers around her.
We expected her to be scared. There were two people and a dog approaching her. But Roua did the exact opposite of what we would have imagined: she came straight toward us and let us pick her up without any hesitation. It was clear she wasn’t trying to run away. She was looking for help.
At just about 5 months old and weighing 2 kg, Roua is an adorable mix of courage, energy, and affection. To her, every corner of the house is an adventure, every toy is fascinating, and every person has the potential to become her best friend.
She’s a very affectionate and sociable little cat—the kind that responds when you talk to her and brings a smile to your face every day. Plus, she has a unique beauty: a gorgeous coat in shades of black and orange and expressive eyes that seem to look right into your soul.
