Churuu
Churuu comes from a group of six other cats, most of them unneutered, protected by the kindness of neighbors and a few old garages that were about to be demolished. Before he was captured, he spent his nights in one of them full of old stuff, where the cold blew freely through the rusty, cracked door.
He hadn’t been coming to eat for several days – not because he didn’t want to, but because he couldn’t see the way to his food. He was difficult to catch, not because he was aggressive, but because he couldn’t see the entrance to his cage, even though he is a gentle and shy cat.
Like many other homeless cats, Churuu lived on the edge between human kindness and neglect. He has only half his teeth left, and his eyesight is severely impaired – we don’t know if he will ever see again. But one thing we know for sure: he is now in good hands.
Churuu is a shy, fearful little boy, but he is gentle and non-aggressive. He loves to hide under blankets, just like a little kitten, where he feels safe and calm. Despite his difficult past, he gently accepts affection and care.
