Mioara
Mioara is a shy and reserved cat who went through some difficult times before coming into our care. She was rescued along with her newborn kittens and, although she is now safe, she remains a reserved cat. She is independent and prefers to keep her distance from people and dogs, as she is afraid of them.
Although she feels at ease around other cats, with whom she socialises more easily, she is still reluctant when it comes to interacting with people. Small, unpredictable children frighten her greatly, which is why a family with young children would not be suitable for her. She isn’t a fan of being stroked, but she is a playful cat who enjoys running about and playing with other cats. She is more of a cat who seeks peace and quiet and her own space, preferring to retreat and hide in high places, but when she feels safe, she spends her time sleeping alongside other cats.
Mioara needs a patient family who will give her time to learn to trust and who will understand that she is a cat who needs plenty of peace and quiet to settle in.
