Mărtinică
Martinică is the type of cat you’ve likely seen near your apartment building at least once: friendly, with an endearing look, a little scruffy sometimes, but always happy, especially when he spots you with a bag of kibble.
He grew up on the street and, had he not developed serious issues with one of his ears, he may never have known life indoors. We took him in when the people caring for him noticed he started tilting his head, and one of his ears had almost completely folded.
After he had surgery to remove the foreign body from his ear, his life changed completely. He now has a foster parent who pets him every day, and his food bowl is almost never empty. He’s living like a retired cat, spending his days lounging on the couch, and only remembers his previous life when he sees a colorful toy wand.
He’s friendly with other pets but values his personal space. He has no issues with children and would adapt easily to living with them. Any family with a spare place on the couch would be perfect for Martinică!
