Bobo
Bobo is a senior cat, approximately 10-12 years old, who has gone through an experience that is difficult to imagine for anyone. His owner, a single woman, passed away, and by the time the neighbors realized something was wrong, Bobo had been left completely alone in the apartment for several weeks… He is currently being cared for by a neighbor in Bucharest, but he can be brought anywhere in the country.
He has a hematoma around one eye—a trace of the trauma he went through – which will recede over time, and his eye will return to normal. Bobo is suffering from acute pancreatitis. He is currently stable, but he needs gastrointestinal nutrition for at least two months, after which the tests will be repeated. If the situation worsens, he will require additional treatment.
Beyond the medical aspect, Bobo needs something equally important: peace and security. He is a gentle, quiet, and reserved cat. He doesn’t ask for much and doesn’t impose himself. He seems like the kind of soul who has loved deeply and lost enormously.
Bobo needs a family of his own and a safe space where he can heal – both physically and emotionally. He needs people who will give him time, patience, and presence. And, perhaps most importantly, he is a cat who wants only one thing: to never be alone again.
