Mewsette
Mewsette is a shy and delicate cat with a difficult past, now fighting with all she has for a better future. When we took her in, she was in critical condition, suspected of having panleukopenia. After her release from the vet, we kept her in isolation at the Cat House to ensure a safe recovery. Though still timid and selective with food, she is slowly regaining her strength and eating better each day. We named her Mewsette to mark a new beginning, one she truly deserves.
So far, she has been very open with people, purring from the very first moment she met our volunteers. She loves being held and petted, and her soothing purrs make every day spent with her a little less stressful.
After a life surrounded by danger, loud noises and sudden activity still frighten her, which is why a home with dogs or young children wouldn’t be the right fit. Mewsette waits with a hopeful gaze, dreaming of the wonderful life she will share with her forever family!
